General
Currently, Myropay services are primarily focused on the Nigerian market. We are working on expanding to other countries in the near future.
Account & Security
To reset your PIN, go to Settings > Security > Reset PIN. You will be asked to verify your identity using your password and a code sent to your registered phone number.
Default daily transfer limit is ₦200,000. You can request an increase in Settings > Account Limits. This may require additional identity verification (BVN, valid ID).
Payments & Transfers
Transfers to other Myropay users are instant. Transfers to local bank accounts are typically instant but can sometimes take up to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank.
Virtual cards are designed for secure online payments. You can create them for specific subscriptions or one-time purchases to protect your main account details.
Business Tools
Escrow is a service where we hold a buyer's payment in a secure account until the seller has delivered the goods or services. Once the buyer confirms satisfaction, we release the funds to the seller. This protects both parties from fraud.
To get started, create a Business account, navigate to the "API Keys" section in your dashboard to get your test and live keys, and then follow our comprehensive Developer Documentation.
