Are there any monthly fees for the free plan?
No. The free plan has zero monthly fees. You only pay transaction fees when you make qualifying transactions like bank withdrawals or FX conversions.
When are fees charged?
Fees are deducted from the transaction amount at the time of processing. You'll always see the exact fee before confirming any transaction — no surprises.
Are transfers between MyroPay users really free?
Yes — completely free, on all plans. Internal MyroPay-to-MyroPay transfers (via Myrotag, wallet transfer, or payment link) are always $0/£0/₦0 in fees.
How are FX rates calculated?
We use the mid-market rate (sourced from major FX liquidity providers) and add a 0.5% spread. This is significantly lower than most banks (2–5%) and competitive with leading fintechs.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel or change plans anytime from your account settings. You'll keep your plan features until the end of the billing period, then revert to the free plan. No cancellation fees, ever.
